“Cintage X AuauSave Lucky Fans” Lucky Draw Campaign

1. Campaign Name & Organizer

The “Cintage X AuauSave Lucky Fans” campaign (the “Campaign”) for Cintage AuauSave Collection products is organized and operated through the BaiSed application (the “BaiSed App”) and the website baised.co (the “BaiSed Website”) by the Organizer (the “Company”). By participating, you (the “Participant”) agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Campaign Period

The registration period runs from 8 October 2026 at 20:00 to 8 November 2026 at 23:59. Only orders placed within this period are eligible, based on the date and time the order was placed, in Thailand time (GMT+7). Participants must enter the order ID in the BaiSed App or on the BaiSed Website by 8 November 2026 at 23:59. Orders placed before or after this period, and order IDs entered after the deadline, will not be counted.

All times in these Terms & Conditions are Thailand time (GMT+7).

3. Eligible Products

A qualifying purchase means the purchase of products in the shop basket named “AuauSave Collection” on TikTok and Shopee, from Cintage's official shop.

Only AuauSave Collection products qualify. Other products in the same order are not counted towards the qualifying amount.

4. How to Participate

• Purchase participating AuauSave Collection products from Cintage's official shop on Shopee or TikTok Shop.
• Once you have paid, open the BaiSed App or the BaiSed Website and enter the order ID right away. There is no need to wait for delivery. Entry to this Campaign is made by entering the order ID, not by scanning a receipt.
• Earning entries: Every 699 baht (after discounts, not including shipping) of AuauSave Collection in one order = 1 entry, plus 1 random Photocard per order.
  For example, an order of 699 baht earns 1 entry, 1,400 baht earns 2 entries, and 2,100 baht earns 3 entries.
• Amounts under 699 baht: Any amount left over that does not reach another 699 baht earns no extra entry and does not carry over to other orders. For example, an order of 1,300 baht earns 1 entry.
• No combining orders: Each order counts on its own. The qualifying amount must be reached within a single order, and amounts from different orders cannot be combined. For example, order 1 of 300 baht and order 2 of 399 baht earn no entry.
• There is no limit to the number of entries one Participant may earn, subject to these Terms.
• There is no cap on entries per Participant. You can enter orders and earn entries as many times as you like.

Golden Time: double entries (×2)

Orders placed during Golden Time earn double entries: every 699 baht earns 2 entries, so an order of 1,400 baht earns 4 entries, based on the date and time the order was placed:

• (1) 8 October 2026, 20:00 - 22:00, TikTok Shop orders only.
• (2) 12 October 2026, 00:00 to 23 October 2026, 23:59, on both Shopee and TikTok Shop.

Orders placed outside Golden Time earn standard entries (×1).

5. Eligibility

• Participants must be registered users of the BaiSed App or the BaiSed Website.
• Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Participants under 18 may only take part with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who will be treated as the prize recipient.
• Participants must be residing in Thailand and able to receive the prize and attend the event within Thailand.
• Employees of the Company, its affiliates, and the advertising/promotion agencies involved in the Campaign, together with their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

6. Order Conditions

• Orders must be placed with Cintage's official shop on Shopee or TikTok Shop that is linked to this Campaign. Orders from any other shop or channel are not eligible.
• The order must be paid. Orders paid with SPayLater or TikTok PayLater are eligible.
• Cash on delivery orders are not eligible.
• Cancelled orders are not eligible.
• The order must be placed within the registration period, and the order ID must be entered in the BaiSed App or on the BaiSed Website by 8 November 2026 at 23:59.
• Each order ID can be used only once, and by one account only. Entering or reporting the same order ID again will not add extra entries.
• The qualifying amount must be reached within a single order. Amounts from different orders cannot be combined.
• If you enter an order ID and get entries, then cancel or return the order later, the entries from that order are removed before the draw.
• The Company may verify orders with Shopee and/or TikTok Shop.
• The Company may limit how many order IDs that cannot be accepted one account may enter per day.
• Participants must keep proof of their order ID and receipt and present it for verification if requested. The Company may withhold or cancel a prize if such proof cannot be produced.

7. Prizes

• Each person can win at most one (1) Lucky Fans place. More entries increase the chance of winning but cannot win more than one place.
• Each event place admits 1 person only.
• Seat Zone places are chosen by a draw at the venue when you register on 12 December 2026, 13:00 - 15:00. (The order of the draw and of the winner announcement is not the seat order on event day.)
• Event places are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

8. Draw, Winner Announcement & Confirmation

• The live draw for Lucky Fans takes place on 15 November 2026 at 13:00. Winners are selected at random from all valid entries.
• The 60 Lucky Fans are announced on 16 November 2026 at 20:00 on X and IG: Cintage official, X and IG: baisedapp, and in the BaiSed App.
• The Company will contact winners through the BaiSed App, the BaiSed Website and/or the contact details registered with BaiSed. Winners must confirm their place and provide the required identification information in the BaiSed App or on the BaiSed Website by 22 November 2026 at 23:59. Places that are not confirmed by then are forfeited automatically.
• If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to confirm within the specified period, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, the Company reserves the right to forfeit that prize and draw a replacement winner at its discretion.

9. Taxes

Any withholding tax or other taxes arising from receiving the prize, as required by Thai law, are the responsibility of the winner unless the Company states otherwise.

10. Anti-Fraud

The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Participant and to withdraw or cancel any entries if it finds, at its sole discretion, any foul play, fraud, use of several accounts, use of automated tools or scripts, entering other people's order IDs, guessing order IDs, fake or manipulated orders, or any other form of cheating or violation of these Terms.

11. Reserved Rights

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to amend, modify, suspend, shorten, extend, or cancel this Campaign, the prizes, or any of these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. The Company also reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters relating to the Campaign, and such decisions are final and binding and not subject to dispute or appeal.

12. Personal Data

By participating, the Participant consents to the Company and BaiSed collecting, using, and disclosing their personal data for the purposes of administering the Campaign, verifying entries and orders, contacting and announcing winners, and managing event places, in accordance with applicable data-protection law (the Personal Data Protection Act, PDPA). Winners further consent to the Company publishing their name and likeness for the announcement of results and reasonable promotional purposes related to the Campaign.

13. General

• Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand.
• In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Thai versions, the Thai version shall prevail.
